Eboni Webb, PsyD, HSP, earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology. She began her career as Assistant Clinical Director and Program Director at Mental Health Systems, PC, a leading provider of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in the U.S. Dr. Webb is a renowned international DBT trainer and advisor to the DBTNCAA, working with organizations like PESI and Jack Hirose and Associates. In 2010, she founded Kairos in Middle Tennessee, now The Village of Kairos, offering specialized DBT programs and restorative services for various clients, including those involved in transracial adoptions. Dr. Webb’s initiative, WebbJAM, extends psychoeducation and somatic restoration services globally.
